Account and sign-in
Sign in
Sign in with your username or verified email and password. “Remember me” keeps you signed in after closing the browser.
Profile
In your profile, you can edit your personal details and email and access your listings, drafts, favorites, and notifications.
Language and theme
Russian is selected by default. Use the flags to change language and the moon or sun button to change theme. Your choice is saved in the browser.
Account deletion
Open the account deletion section in your profile. Confirm the action with your current password and exact username; deleted data cannot be restored.
Listings and moderation
Creating a listing
You can add up to 10 photos and an optional contact number. At least one photo and a map point are required for review.
Address and map
After you enter a city and address, Domly will try to locate the property automatically. Check the point and move it manually if needed.
Draft
A draft is visible only to its author. Find it in your account, continue editing, and submit it for review later.
Under review
A moderator reviews the listing after submission. Other users cannot see it before publication.
Rejected
The rejection reason appears on the listing page. Fix the noted issues and submit the listing again.
Published
A published listing is visible in the catalog. Editing it submits it for review again.
Unpublished
The author can temporarily hide a published listing from the catalog and restore it later from their account.
Sold or rented
After the deal is completed, the listing disappears from search. You can restore it if the property becomes available again.
Deletion
A deleted listing disappears from the catalog and your account. You cannot undo deletion yourself.
Reports and blocks
You can report another user's published listing. Only administrators and moderators review reports; they may block a listing or account when rules are violated.
Property search
City
Select a city in the site header. The catalog and map page will open for that city.
Filters
You can filter by deal, property type, price, sorting, rooms, area, and floor. On mobile, open additional filters using the header icon.
Favorites
Select the bookmark icon to save a listing. Select it again to remove the listing from favorites.
Smart search
You can enter a natural-language query, such as “two-room apartment under 5000 in Dushanbe.” Domly will try to recognize the city, property type, room count, and price.
Map
The map shows published listings in the selected city. Select a marker to open its card, or use the map link on the listing page.
Chat messaging
Start a conversation
Open a listing and select “Message owner.” The conversation will be linked to that listing.
Photos
Sent images open over the current page without navigating to a new window.
Deleting a conversation
Deletion hides the history only in your account. The other participant retains it, and a new message will make the conversation visible again.
Unread messages
The counter by the chat icon shows the total number of unread messages.
Important
Safe transaction
Domly helps you find listings and contact their authors, but does not accept property payments or guarantee transactions.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my listing not visible in the catalog?
Check its status in your account. Draft, under-review, rejected, unpublished, sold, or rented listings are not shown to other users.
Where can I find a saved draft?
Open your profile and go to the drafts tab. You can continue editing from there.
Can I edit a published listing?
Yes. The edit button is available only to the author. A moderator will review the listing again after changes are saved.
How long does moderation take?
There is no fixed review time yet. The status changes after a moderator's decision, and you will see the reason if the listing is rejected.
How do I reset a forgotten password?
On the sign-in page, select “Forgot your password?”, receive a six-digit code at your verified email, and set a new password.
